    Taking the plunge!!!

Well as most of you know i have had a not so good experience with CC and DD.
And i am a very nervous mum because of how distressed DD gets.

But i met with my new FDC mum today and she is soooo gorgeous.
And i am taking the plunge and going to put DD in 2 days a week in the hope she will settle better than one day!

We visited today and she was ok for 1/2 hr then screamed and cried for the next hour .... lol i am suprised they still want us!

it is going to be a hard haul to get her settled but i am going to take teh plunge and commit!

Congrats on taking the plunge, that's great!
Hope your DD settles in well.
Now I just have to pluck up the courage to do the same!

Congratulations on taking the plunge. In my pre-mummy life I was a CC worker and really noticed how much better 2 days is then 1 for younger ch'n. Also if you can, try to visit as much as possible, take a special thing from home and try to create a morning ritual. I'm already dreading leaving my bub but remember that your DD will pick up on your nervousness so be calm if you can, she will get past the separation anxiety eventually. Also ask your FDCer to call you if she doesn't settle, this might make you feel a bit better. Good luck!
