How do I get fortnightly payments instead of an annual payment?

Hi! I've looked on the FAO website but I must be a bit dumb because I cant find info on this. I just want to work out how I can get fortnightly payments instead of one lump sum payment of FTB. I've gone in at some point and changed it to lump sum and now I have no idea how I change it back! I'd call FAO but since its almost 6pm on a saturday there wont be any one there.

    Any help would be great!

Im pretty sure that if you give them a call they can do it on the spot for you.
I changed things around not so long ago and they did it then and there...
Obviously you will just have to wait until Monday to do that thou

are you still listed as current but receiving nil rate until after you've done your taxes? or did you actually cancel the payment to do a lump sum claim at the end of the year?

if it's the first option, you should be able to change it under more choices for families options on online services. if you can't locate it there, you can call up and it will be done within a couple of minutes. you'll just need to provide them with a current estimate and ask them to turn th payment on

if it's the second option - so payment cancelled for you to do a claim at the end of the year - you'll need to go through a full claim process - can take up to half hour on the phone, collecting info - they send you a customer declaration form, you sign, return to c'link or medicare, and it's usually processed within 3 weeks. with it being Christmas, if you don't get it in within the next week, you'd probably have to wait until early New Year for processing if they get busy over the public holidays
