I brought a DVD on the 27/11 and I paid for it yesterday - BUT I also had an email I didn't see that I got late on monday from the seller saying that Turbolister had accidentally uploaded it for sale and he didn't actually have the DVD anymore. So now what do I do? I sent an email telling him that I'd paid for it, so I guess it was my stuff up for not seeing the email first, but there were no messages via ebay before I paid for it so I have no idea what recourse I have. I'm hoping that the guy will refund my money but I don't know if he even will - I haven't heard back from him as yet.
if you paid via ebay checkout and paypal, you can lodge a dispute with ebay - esp given he didnt contact you via ebay in the first place to tell you that it was a listing in error.
