xmas bonus and ftb and pps

hi,
my younger sister has 2 children..one is 4.5 and one is 18 mths old...she was told by a mum at playgoup that she will get $1400 for herself being on parenting paymetn single and $1000 per child...i told her it was wrong and to ring centrelink but she wont...can someone please clarify this for me ad then i can show her..lol...

the pension payment is not for parenting pension.
