i want to register for online services but it is telling me i have already and i dont ever recalled doing it is there a way i can fix it please help

if you've registered, it should prompt you with secret questions and answers - go to the login page, put in that you've forgotten password, and it will bring up secret uestions and answers

if you're not sure of those, call c'link - they'll give you a temp password, and when you log in, there is a place to go to have secret q&a's reset
