    will it ease up or....

I am still getting crampings and tightenings and wanna know will the ease up or is it the start of this journey to bubs coming!?

I keep getting a discharge that is at times thick and at other watery, the crampings are so bad that i feel like i'm getting my period, my tummy is getting tight on and off and it is lasting about 30secs to over a min!

What the hell should i do!?!?!

Go for a walk - I found walking around the house eased off the cramps.

How far apart are these contractions? I found this type of practice contractions started around 37w like this and I wasn't happy to have them for 5 weeks!

The discharge could well be the start of the mucus plug going, but it's normal to have extra mucus in pregnancy.

If the cramps don't stop, get worse, or if you're worried then can you ring your midwife and ask her advice?

I'd just call the hospital hun... have you been timing them?

Just give them a call... they might be able to put your mind at ease if they think nothing is happening hun.

take a couple of panadol and take a warm shower and if that doesn't make them go, them I would be calling your mw just to double check. And what have you been doing today too? sometimes if I had a huge day of doing things I would pay for it later on.

Checking your cx isn't really helpful unless you know what you're feeling kwim? plus if anything is going on ( which I really hope it isn't) the less that gets put up there the better.

How did you go last night? It could be that you have an Irritable Uterus - very painful and annoying to have. A baby buddy of mine suffered terribly with it during her first pg and had several hospital admissions where they thought it was all on for real. She is getting again now with her second pg too. If it is that, unfortunately there is nothing you can do to stop it.
