Copper IUD - anyone got any experience?

Hi all,

I've just had my Mirena removed after 8 days of HELL! My only other option (besides the good old condom) is the copper IUD.

Just wondering if anyone's using it or got any experiences with it, good or bad.

I am considering the Mirena. But I'd like to know what others think of non-hormonal IUDs.
