Hello,
I am a young mum looking to make new friends and have my little boy Alex meet some new bubs too! He is 15 months old, I am actually pregnant again with bub due in April 09. I am in Castle Hill but willing to travel, this is my first playgroup/mothers group experience so any info would be really great !
Hello,
I think there may be a few of us in the new year looking to form a group or join an existing one ( claire - winston hills is fine for me) . I will post again Mid Jan and see where everyone is at . All suggestions and feedback welcome !
Hi
I am a new mum (very very new!!) little Daniella is only 3 weeks old. Is she too young to come along to a mothers group?? I don't know how these things work, but I could really do with making some new friends and get out of the house!! I live in the Blacktown area
I was thinking maybe we should meet up next week sometime for a coffee or something, there is a great cafe in Baulkham Hills called "Little Rock" cafe- its in Stockland mall. i am free Wednesdays or Thursdays if that suits everyone. As this is all very new to me and to most of us- I thought I might do some research into what mothers groups typically get up to and get some ideas, if anyone else wants to do the same that would be great.
Let me know what you think !
LOL, Ali! I'm sure they wont mind, ha!
If anyone would like to come to ours you are welcome. We meet on a Tuesday morning at Kellyville Adventist Church hall (off Windsor Rd between the Victoria Rd intersection and the one going to Norwest...)
Most of the kidlets have just turned 2, though a couple are a little younger. And there are a couple of babies as well (mostly 2nd children, around 2-4ish months.)
We started off as a mothers group through the Baulkham Hills council clinic when our now 2yos were about 3 months old and we've continued to meet since. And a few extras have joined us over the last year or so.
We're planning to make this year a little more structured, with craft and activities. PM me for more details if anyone's interested
Have fun at your coffee meeting
