    Are sit-ups safe?

In early pregnancy, or during the TWW? I am just wondering what I can and can't do exercise wise during the TWW (and when I am hopefully pregnant again soon!)...I have stopped doing them in the past, but talked to other ladies who kept up with situps for a while at least, then stopped.
I know it's ok to do light weights...and with my yoga, the teacher said to resume after first trimester (just to avoid any risks at all given my journey so far)..and walking etc is all OK.

    Hey Possums
good luck in the TWW for that BFP for chrissi for you. I was told as long as you are already doing it, its ok to continue, but dont start anything new and also dont get too hot. Other than that in the 1st trimester you are good to go!!

:yeahthat: It's very important not to get too hot while exercising during pregnancy.

Good luck, I hope you get that BFP soon

Thanks ladies...that's good to know...I will continue keeping my tummy muscles strong while I can then!

If there is no BFP for christmas, we are immediately starting our next IVF cycle...so one way or the other, we are inching closer to an eventual BFP
