Hi WLB, you need to copy the link from FF (I think it is under sharing but I can't log in at the moment to check) and then paste the link into a post on BB.
Hope that helps, if not let me know and I will try a sneaky log on (am at work today).
FF is really only 'guessing' when its your first month. Once you have about 3 cycles entered it becomes a lot more accurate. Are you entering signs other than your temps? I found that the date could change depending on what I entered under CM.
I am pretty sure that you get a link from FF which you can paste into your BB sig.
Lilcozmo - Thanks for your reply - I am only entering temps and cm when I can .. Thanks for the tip re a few months before it picks up a more accurate reading. I will be back on IVF in Feb, but I will keep doing it as a little back up.. Thanks again, and good luck with your impending birth and the arrival of your new bubba ... very exiciting NY for your family xx
TK1999 - Thanks for replying, I think I need to post it in my sig in my profile.. when I hit share, it wants me to email it...
WLB, no problems but the link for the signature is the same as the link you would post into the BB message... that is how I finally figured out how to do it he he he and it took me quite some time to figure it out
hey all just wonderin where you download the program from i registered at ff and it has the online chart is thre another i can download im completely lost
WLB,
I decided to actually log into FF and list the steps to include your chart. I hope they help.
In FF go to Sharing and then to Home Page Setup, follow the prompts there and then it should give you a link - for example mine is 235b3f Ovulation Charts and then you can copy and paste that into your signature or into a message.
If you want it like mine and have the link called "My FF Chart" then in your signature you need to put it into a coding without the spaces it looks like this [ URL = "http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/235b3f" ] My FF Chart [/URL]
I hope that helps you... I am very intrigued to see this chart after all this he he he
Mummymoni, I have only used FF... not sure what other programs are out there.
just a quick question if anyone can help...i just started ff charting the other day and ive been getting woken up at about 5am sometimes erlier and go back to sleep or drink then sleep then when i wake up at 7am or so i do my temp..... but i was just wondering if having an unsettled night makes a difference to the temp. my first night i woke up all night and it was 36.8 then the next night i woke up once and was 36.4 then last night only woke up once at 5 am apart from the tossing and turning from the heat but did get up to check the time then went back to bed but then at 7am this morning it was 37.1 so i was wondering would it be high coz i got up at 5 and the other one is low coz i didnt get up coz i did my temp 30min later and it was lower lke 36.6 and i did my temp at 5 am and it was 36.3 so im not sure if im doing it right. im at around cd 28 cant remember exact LMP bit it was within a couple of days of ths and my cycles are around 45 days didnt keep notice of them before either so i dont want to do it wrong and it say im O when im not especially coz im trying more to have a girl so im going to try certain things since theres no real rush but i just wasnt expectng to start any baby stuff til next cycle so i would have a bette idea of what my bod was doing?

Hi Mummymoni, there is a temp adjuster in FF for these such circumstances. You can also indicate situations so make a note when you have less sleep or headaches or any of the items that FF lists. You can also create custom situations if the item you think may affect your temp is not listed. I created a head cold and toothache one.
