Penis going inside itself !!!Help

Ok might be a bit strange but my ds's penius kinda goes inside itself like its being sucked up.

he is 6 months old and he is circumsised. i have 3 boys and to a degree they all kinda do when its cold etc it but this Ds's is like it all the time. i push it out to clean it and thought since he is young it would fix itself but it hasn't changed. when he gets a stiffy its normal.
My cousin had a similar problem and had to have an opp to correct it. but thats just going of what my mum remembers about it.

i'm going to get the Dr to have a look at it next check up. but thought maybe some BB members might have some ideas.

What do you think it could be.

Without being able to examine your son I cannot be 100% sure but one possibility is:-
Inside your son’s body is a ligament that attaches to the penis. If this ligament is short or is connected a little closer to the end of the penis than it ought to be it would cause the problem that your son has. This ligament is not really needed and it is a relatively easy operation to cut it and thus lengthening the penis.

could it be that they didn't cut enough during the circ?

A friend of mine's DS had what they called a "fat pack" that made his penis seem quite small unless it was erect. Does he have sort of a fatty bit at the base of his penis, but on his body not the penis itself? If you give it a gentle push his penis might appear to come out a bit... Kind of hard to explain. What she was told was that it was just a build up of fat that made the penis disappear a little bit & with time it would go away. By the time he was two it was gone & it all looked normal.

A bit late to post but saw it now.

My son has had a circum too and his is nowhere to be seen either. It is as you say it "sucked in". The dr. who did the circum said that he does have pee-pee it's just embedded in amongst the puppy fat. He is quite a solid boy. When we wash it, and push the puppy fat back his pee-pee magically appears. The dr assured us that as he gets older and loses the puppy fat it should be normal.

Nothing to be alarmed about. But i know it does look weird!

Caleb isn't circumcised but he was a really fat baby and he had the same thing. If it wasn't for the bit of skin on the end of it I think it would have almost disappeared into that pad of fat on his pubic bone.

hi kristy just read about the issue with ur little boy and was wondering wat has happend since has there been any changes because i have a 3month old and we are having the same problem, we were told it was puppy fat and to try and push it out every nappy change were you told the same thing?

My DS had it a couple of times too, and he's now 3 and his penis is perfectly fine
