    Exclamation Plastic covers for DVD's / VCR's

Awhile ago I saw some clear plastic covers which attach to the front of your VCR / DVD / Foxtel unit so little fingers can't 'adjust' your settings / channels...They cover the entire length of the units so you can still use a remote control to change channels, adjust volume etc....

I decided to buy some later, but now I can't remember where I saw them

DD loves the flashy colours on the foxtel unit and loves adjusting the volume for me on the surround sound base unit too lol....

Has anyone seen these long thin plastic covers before? Where can i find them - I'm desperate!!!!! I'm begging!!!! I've looked online and haven't had any luck...

I don't know where you can get them here, though there are some US websites that advertise them. From what I can see though, they are just a piece of plexiglass that adheres with sticky-back velcro at a few points - maybe you could make your own?

It might be worth asking at electric goods stores. They probably hear stories all the time from people who are replacing dvd players becaue of that very reason. They might have a suggestion for you. I will keep a look out though

We bought some of these from toys r us - near where they have the safety stuff for holding cupboards shut etc. This was only about 3 months ago, so they should still have them.
