I havent heard anything bad about it. Just make sure you store it correctly and dont eat it past its due date. I would actually think it is good for you with all the acidpoholous stuff in it.
You need lots of calcium when pregnant so yoghurt is another greaat way of getting it
Yogurt made from pasteurised milk is safe to eat during pregnancy. The bacteria in yogurt is not the same as that in unpasteurised soft cheese, it is similar to that which is normally present in the gut.
