HELP!!! any sugestion on diy antibactrial wash solution?

Hi I am just wondering if anyone has a recipe for anantibacterial wash solution for my boys clothes? My first son keeps getting infections and I am trying to step up my cleaning but do not want nasty chemicals.

Dry the clothes in the sunlight, thats your best bet!

Tea Tree Oil and Eucalytpus Oil both have antibacterial properties in them, you could try washing with normal powder/liquid and adding a few drops of oil to the wash?

We used tea tree oil when we went travelling as an antiseptic and treatment for bed bugs (we were slumming it backpacker style )
