Hi ladies,

Im not sure if this is the right place to be posting this...

Hubby and I suffered our first miscarriage this week, we were a few days off being 5 weeks pregnant, and my doctor said it would have been a chemical pregnancy.
After 23 months of trying, we are obviously devastated, but have decided to look at it positively because we know now that we can actually conceive.
My doctor asked how much water I usually drink in a day - not alot, my job requires me to sit at a desk in an air conditioned office for 8 hours a day and im lucky if I have 3 or 4 mouth fulls from a pump water bottle. She said this may have contributed to the miscarriage (thanks for the guilt trip lady) but really didnt go into much detail to help me out in the future.
Can anyone tell me if what she is saying is true, and if so, how much water will I need to drink to make sure im doing the best for my baby when I get pregnant again??
