Hi everyone, i need some more info about birth plans... what exactly needs to be included? i have read in books that while its good to have a birth plan, nothing is set in stone when it comes to your labour and delvery... if there is previous posts on this subject! point me in the right direction! rach
When u do your birthing classes they actually explain this all to you. Are you going to do any at all? I have just started mine and they are fantastic!! Beats reading a boring book about everything and you get a good laugh.
