I was at my midwife's office this past week, complaining about nausea, etc. and she recommended that I try taking Vitamin B6. And it WORKS!!!! I am so thrilled! I haven't thrown up once since I started taking it, and I am barely ever queasy - just the occasional little wave that passes quickly. Before this, I was a wreck every day by 4:30pm, and almost never kept my supper down.
So, maybe I'm the last one to know about it, and maybe everyone else has tried it already, but if you haven't, and you're puking, TRY IT!!! Might not work for everyone, but it's certainly worth trying, I think. You need about 100mg/day to be effective, I believe.
