Hi Rayray, I had never heard of Lectric soda before, it sounds like some sort of washing soda that you make into a foot bath? I'm not sure but personally I wouldn't hesitate before using something like epsom salts or even a mineral salt foot bath while pregnant. I even soaked a good old radox bath a couple of times.
If your feet/ankles are sore/swolleon, don't forget you can massage your feet/ankle towards your heart, and rest with your feet up above the level of your heart, and drink plenty of water.
Yeh its a washing soda, you can either melt in in the water, or use it wrapped as a compress.
I wasnt sure as when I was pg with DS I was told not to have epsom salts baths becuase they could affect my BP?
