    Another quick question

Yes, can't you tell I'm a worry wart yet?! :P

All I can read about is how much ladies get constipated during the first trimester.. I've been the total opposite! I still do #2's as often as I did before I was pg... Is that normal? I guess it could be because every woman is different right?
I've also got a few very quick but not sharp twinges in the front of my right shoulder, I've read up and apparently it's a sign for ectopic (though I'm now pretty sure it's not) but the pain is at the back of the shoulder as a symptom.
Any info will be helpful to this worry wart!

Yep, I have had way more trips to the loo since being pg . I'd prefer that to constipation any day though!

I'm not sure about your shoulder, could it be unrelated to pregnancy and you're just noticing more atm because you feel worried?

I go from one extreme to the other hun Just keep your fibre intake good and you should be fine.

Yeah, I might be thinking because of worrying - before I did the 1st test was when I had the shoulder pain, might be from carrying heavy coin bags around all day.
I'll give you the constant trips with number twos! It must be because when I'm at work I constantly eat toast and pastas!

    Hi Liz,

I understand the worry love. I spent almost the first 20w worrying over EVERYTHING!

As for the trips to the loo, I didn't have problems with constipation till I was into my second trimester and now I take fibre every day to help keep me regular and "soft"

With the shoulder pains, if they were there before finding out you're pregnant, then they are probably not related

    Good luck and

    Thanks Tara!

I'm now just getting worried that it's tender to touch the right hand side of my tummy, which is frustrating because that's the side I love sleeping on, though I find it very hard to sleep and am therefore exhausted!
