Nappy recommendations for a small baby.

    Hi,

I am looking at venturing into the world of MCN. I want to start with a small stash (thinking 3 or 4) and try a few different types. At 4 months my DD is 5.3kgs and is small for her age. Though her length is about average. So she's long and skinny. Any recommendations for her body type?

    TIA.

Miss M is long and skinny too.

My favs for her are BumG's AIOs.. baby beehinds bamboo for nights with a soaker over it (she just recently got out of the newborn fold and she's nearly 6.5 months)... and mainly fitted nappies & covers. Mother-ease covers are my favourite.

ETA - I love ittis on her as well

I had along and skinny bub who weighed about the same at that age to (not that you can tell he was that small now lol)

I used Itti bitti boo's as they are a small size and not so bulky. I found lots of cloth nappies seemed overly big on him being so small..so I tried to stick to smaller fitting.

    I used

    Wildchild fitteds
    Itti Bitti Boo's and delishes
    Spunky butts lasted me forever
    Buzy bee absolutely fanastic
Honey boys from Cerubs kiss are great for any baby and found them fabulous
Bubble bubs were (and still are) great aswell

I found Baby beehinds to big to be honest at that weight and I love my BBH now!

Good luck tanya - come over and chat in the general chatter...girls there will be only to happy to help ya

Thanks girls! I'm thinking I might start with Ittis, BG, BBH and then work my way up from there.
