    Post Pregnancy Weightgain Calculator

    I found this.. as i know alot of you are wondering the normal weight gain in pregnancy. This calculates it from you pre preg weight and height. Please remember it is ONLY a guide.

    Thanks for that. Its much more helpful to me because if the baby stuff weight is correct, then I have actually lost 10kgs and not 6.5.

    Thats ok because its still less than maximum recommended healthy amount, but also not good because I am not doing anything that would cause or assist weight loss.

    Sigh.

    PMSL Don't worry girls, I was at my '40 week' weight by about 32 weeks Its just average and just like with a baby growth chart everyone is different

    oh dont worry.. the weight i started at i was told "dont put on ANY weight" but hay.. i still went ahead and put on a good 20 kilos. these things happen. Enjoy your pregnancy girls, u have lots of tme to worry about your weight after bubs born.
