silly - but starting to worry.

Ok, now I know that it is silly, but I am starting to worry because I still haven't felt buggsie move yet. I know alot of people don't feel movements until later - but with my last two pg I had felt movement by 14weeks both times. This time nothing. My placenta is at the back, not the front - so it cann't be that...

I have my first midwife appointment in a week (but have seen happy healthy bubs on the 12week u/s). I don't really want to go to the doc or anything before then (I don't really have the time atm). And I have no other reason to feel anything is wrong. I guess I just expected to feel things earlier and it has thrown me that I haven't yet.

My advice, such as it is, is not to worry until or unless you really know there is something to worry about.
If you really feel something is wrong you should find the time to pop in to the DR, if nothing else it will put your mind at rest, otherwise, just try to relax until your next appointment.
As you said, lots of women don't feel anything for weeks yet - and even though you felt your other babies relatively early, are we not told that every pregnancy is different?

Hope you can find some piece of mind, I'm sure everything is fine.

My pregnancies were all different. With my first 3 never felt movement until 24wks but with my last was feeling movement at 16wks. Please don't worry yourself, I'm sure everything will be fine.
