Cool Okay - fess up!! What naughty foods are you eating!

I am so guilty of eating bad foods this time around!!! I feel so ill most of the day - no vomiting but just that queasy feeling all day. The ONLY things that makes me feel better are hot chips and twisties!! I eat small amounts of fruit and some of my meals but really the twisties do the job! And apple cakes - I am going to be the side of a house the way I am going!

Also feeling bit guilty cause have only taken folate tablets here and there and not every day. Keep on putting them in different places. PLease share your guilty moments so I feel better!

Mmmm.. I could go some twisties right now...

I've been eating lollies like there is about to be a shortage. Any form of sugar is good. And hot chips- with chicken salt.... mmmmm...

I am eight weeks pregnant- I found out I was pregnant a few weeks ago- and have only just started my folate a week ago i completley forgot about it...

With my last two pregnancies I ate ALOT of hamburgers and pizza's from early on!! I also ate ALOT of sugar. I felt so ill until 17 weeks and these made me feel better !i did balance it with healthy foods though, I used to drink a smoothy daily which was spinach, lemon, mint, apple and celery. It was really refreshing and the only healthy thing that didnt' make me sick! xo

I am craving hotdogs!!! I peel off the red skin tho. I wonder does this have anything to do with the fact I am having a boy? LOL! I am also craving orange and passionfruit juice - does this cancel out the hot dogs?

Control Freak I'm with you - craving juice (and even more so, actually drinking some!) definitely cancels out the hot dogs!!!!

I can't stop thinking about big old fashioned iced chocolates, in a thick tall milkshake glass, with whipped cream and ice cream. LLLLLAaaaarrrrhHHHhhllllll. Wiping drool from chin.

Also have to swerve while driving to avoid maccas.

Explains why I have a belly the size of an elephant's head and I'm only just about to hit 7 weeks. Lordy.

I have been eating a 'healthy' meal at least once or twice a week... the rest of the time it has been a lot of junk... but I am loving Banana sandwiches at the moment...

Banana with honey on white bread (I usually love multigrain bread but at the moment only white bread) or I am loving Beetroot sandwiches

I'm finding it so stupid that I feel less guilty for eating Macca's and KFC than I would eating my usual 'healthy junkfood' alternative of a footlong tuna sub!! And this is because of the prepared salad veggies (listeria risk) and the tuna (mercury) and the mayo (listeria)... Yet piping hot cheeseburgers, hotdogs and KFC are seemingly risk-free!!!

DH just made me a huge plate of Nachos- mmmmm.
Well, the avocado & cheese was organic...... lol

Forcing the pregnancy vitamins down every morning with orange juice....
The only way I can take my vitamins is at night with a glass of milk... any other way and I am a high chance of not getting them down!
