going mad during tww

Hey,

I'm just after some advice to keep me occupied during the TWW. we are almost 1 week into it after frozen blastocyst cycle.

Are there any sure signs thaht anyone knows, or can i just test myself?
I am takeing progynova tablets and progesterone pesseries?

I think everyone is different, but I know with DS I had sore boobs at about your stage.
Can't think of much else. How's your weeing? Is it more than normal? No other ideas
