Pre Purchase Building Inspection Perth

My hubby and I have submitted an offer on a 2 year old house. We're intending on doing a building inspection even though we're pretty confident it's all ok, especially considering the house is only 2 years old.

Anyone know someone good and reasonably priced in Perth?
