Would you use a vaporiser on a hot night?

Hello,

DD 15 months has yet another cold and is coughing her little self silly all night. I am have been tempted to put the vaporiser on but I think it may too hot.

I am QLD and it is really hot a humid here atm.

Would you put it on?

I had to use mine a couple of weeks ago. I used it with a pedstal fan and it was fine. Helped the kids heaps too.

We are on the sunny coast and we have been using ours in DD's room the last couple of nights.

We just leave her window open (with the curtain closed)

if it is humid it may not make much of a diffference?
