    Hi TwoMums,

    This is my history:

    Cycle 1
    Puregon 225
    Day 8 scan: 21 follies, E2 26,000 = cycle cancelled

    Cycle 2
    Puregon 125
    Day 8 scan: 22 follies
Day 12 scan: 22 follies, E2 22,500 = went to EPU but no ET

I ended up with 19 eggs, 15 fertilised, all frozen, and did 3 subsequent FETs, all embies were crappy, slow growing and moderately fragmented, all BFN. In hindsight I should have had them all grown to blast to see if any survived as the quality seem to be compomised by the very high E2 levels at EPU.

    Cycle 6
    Puregon 75
Day 8 scan: lots of very small follies
    Upped dose to 100
Day 12 scan: 15 follies, still small, extra 2 days on stims
Ended up with 12 eggs retrieved, 9 fertilised, 3 to blast, 2 transferred, 1 frozed, BFN

    Cycle 7
    Puregon 100
Day 5 scan: nothing to see (did an early scan due to Xmas holidays)
Day 12 scan: 14 follies all the right size (100 must be the magic number for me)
Ended up with 11 eggs retrived, 7 fertilies, 4 to blast, 2 transferred, 2 frozen, BFN

I am now doing an FET with my remaining blasties.

Best of luck for your scan tomorrow. Hugs

Thanks so much for your reply, I read on the other thread about the MTHFR, I pray that the Clexane does the trick and is just what you need with your little frosties!! All the best!
