Pre-Calvin, I never really noticed any mood swings etc when I got AF. But this month (my 3rd AF since it's return in Jan), I was so down for the few days before AF arrived. Is it normal to suddenly start getting PMS once you've had children? I can't believe how dramatic the change in my mood was! I was so sad and cranky - very unlike me!
