rash on legs

DD1 aged 2.4 has come out in a rash on her legs, no where else, seems fine, any ideas what it could be???? worried because DD2 is only 4 weeks old.

Has she been on the grass??? I used to get rasshes on my legs from grass, also washing powder used to give me a rash also. Sorry not much help. Hope it gets better.
