    Work at maternity leave

    hi

    Iwould like to start a new job but i'm on maternity until 17 mai.Can I start working before mat leave finish?

    Is it a different job than the one you are currently on leave from? If it is it would probably depend on your workplace's policy on maternity leave. I know for my work we aren't allowed to do any other paid work while receiving paid maternity leave, but it doesn't say anything about working during the non-paid portion of leave, so I'm guessing once we are being paid for being on leave anymore then we can work elsewhere...
