HELP Stressed, Tired Twitching or is it a spasm in neck??

o.k here is the situation my hubbie when he is really tired he gets this irratic twitch or spasm in his neck he can also get's them in the leg but no where near as often... same as when he is stressed his head will shake off to one side. Its a VERY fast quick movement. If he goes to bed when this happeneds it will wake him up with a sudden jurk of movement eventually it does settle down tho. I have noticed when stressed his neck twitches causing his head to shake or one might say move to one side very quickly. Its not a small movement its VERY noticable. Does anyone know what this is or have experianced it for them selves or know of anyone or have any info to share on thic topic?

There is a movement condition called cervical dystonia that sounds kinda similar. Here is a description.

Does it hurt, or get uncomfortable? There are treatments, but if it only happens occassionaly and doesn't worry him then he might prefer to just go with the symptoms
