When did you get yours?

Hi,

I got my implanon removed 2 wks ago (I had it in for 5 months and pretty much bled the entire 5 months - hence the removal). I stopped bleeding the day after I had it removed and was just wondering how long it took for you to get your period back after you had your implanon removed.

I got mine exactly 4 weeks after having it removed. My implanon was in for 18months.

I had a bleed 4 days after it was removed, but I had timed it purposefully to come out 28 days after the start of my last bleed. I then had a 36 day anovulatory cycle, and then the cycles after that were normal. 12 cycles TTC then I got my BFP .

Thanks girls, I am still waiting for AF to arrive. I bled for almost the entire 5 months I had it in so should be happy I've had a bit of a break from the bleeding but I just want AF to return so my cycle can get back to normal.
