24 weeks - waters have broken

    Howdy, I am Michael.
Rosebud asked me to fill you guys in abit.

I will get straight to it.
On Thursday rosebud went to hospital because she was concerned about something, turns out her "plug" fell out and she was 2cm dilated. They said she aint goin home until the baby is born, be it 1 week or 16 weeks. (16 is better).Had a sleep over with her and on Friday morning her waters broke.(but no baby)

The baby is only 24 weeks cooked.(This one is keen to see his/her family asap I think)

Rosebud had a ultrasound and the baby is 25 weeks and 5 days developed wich is a big plus. He/she is 815 grams. They are both doin fine.

Rosebud will fill you all in alot better than me.

Also I would like to thank my eldest girl "champ" who took on the role as "mum" and is doin a TOP job for a 12 year old.

Oh and a nother thing is I now know why champ gets yelled at when her school uniforn is thrown on the floor, because alot of time and care goes into frickin washing. Its a hard job.

    Michael

Sorry if this post is in the wrong spot.

OHHH best of luck Rosebud and Michael,
I hope your bub stays put for w few weeks longer at the very least. Micheal you sound like an absolute angel of a husband, come up to Brissie and teach my DH a few things.
Amazing job Champ too, being Mum is hard enough when you are grown up.

    What a wonderful family.

Oh no, please let her (and bubba) know to hang in there and that we're all thinking of her and wish her the best!!

I bubba hangs on in there too - I trust she's in good hands at the hospital.

Thank you so much for keeping us in the loop Michael!

I have crossed everything for bubs to stay put - fingers, toes, legs, arms, even eyes. Hold on, Rosebud! My hopes are with you both, Michael.

And well done to your DD. 12yo can be amazing when they need to be. Let Rose know so you both can be proud together!

    Love to your family.
