hey hun , mine is still seperated at 8 mths on ... some times if i get out of bed or movew to quickly its really painful . i dont know what to do about it though ...
You should absolutely go to a chiropractor about this issue. I found it uncomfortable to walk - still felt a little fragile. A series of appointments at a great wholistic chiro fixed the problem, and when DD was born I went back a week after so I could get it sorted. It won't go away by itself.
Have you had Xrays hun? If it is remaining separated the physio will be painful but it will get you back together again. I have to have Xrays immediately after birth and intensive physio, so I know it is not fun, but it is worth it to avoid a reconstruction. I would be getting Xrays if I was you, and getting so osteo, physio or chiro. If you decide to have a 4th, the Xrays will be invaluable.
