af question- down reg cycle

Just a quick question took my last birth control pill on Wed night so didn't take it thurs, fri and was expecting AF to arrive by now but is hasn't. How long does it take for the withdrawal bleed to come?

Hi Ann,

I'm in the same boat as you, IVF cycle #1 and I take my last pill on Monday.

I have heard it can take 3-4 days for AF to show, but I too am interested to hear from others.

Hi Darily,
Just an update AF arrived this morning so the 5th day after stopping the pill. Am not sure whether that is standard or not but that is what has happened in my case. I am having my scan on this wed 22nd and am hoping to start my injections. Will keep you posted and if you have any questions maybe I can answer them as I will be a few days ahead of you going through the same sort of thing. Take care and fingers crossed for us both!!!
