hi everyone......
this may be a really stupid question but......

DH and i are just about to TTC, as in next week......
BUT.....
i have herd 2 different things about when u roughly ovulate....
i had been toll 14 days AFTER AF had finished or 14 days AFTER AF started...
then today i was told its usually 10 days from day one of AF....
if someon could PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE clear this up for me as id prefer to get it right ready for next week!!!

Its generally 14 days before your next AF so if you have a normal 28 day cycle ovulation would occur about day 14, but if you have a 30 day cycle ov would occur about day 16 etc

Start BD every second day from now!

and maybe start taking your temps aswell as when you see a rise it will indicate you have ovulated Also keep an eye on your CM and look out for watery or Egg white looking CM and you'll be very very close.

Have a chat to te other ladies in the TTC thread, they're very helpful with this kind of thing But definately start BD every second day from now

Look out for that very clear, very wet and yes just like egg white CM - it's a dead giveaway!
