been doing the google dr and i found a similar bite with blisters and i wonder if maybe its all just one bite rather than a few just that the shape is odd if thats the case its a lot larger than 8 or 10 cm long

Had the same thing when I was pregnant, It was massive, draw a line around the bit mark with a texta so you can see if it is continuing to spread. I ended up going to emergency a day after I went to the doctors as it got worse and worse. Ended up just needingan antibiotic but it is best to check. Mine tunred out to be spider bite.

Just a thought - my DS#2 has been bitten by a few different things in his time and our doctor seems to think that a few times they have been spiders.
The bite came up quite large, red, swollen and blistered. Apparently most spider bites dont hurt when the spider is actually biting.

The doctor cleaned the area and put a "pad" with betadine on it (kills germs and takes out the infection) then bandaged it. Had it changed every 2 days. Was on his lower leg/ankle area the first few times. Since then if he has had the same reaction i dont go to the doctor i just do the above myself and all is fine. I havent needed to bandage - i just put betadine on twice a day. Depending on the size of the bite i put betadine on then cover with a bandaid for the first day to make sure the betadine gets in.

Now, i am not saying this is what has bitten you, sounds similar and the treatment works for us.
I would get it checked cause these things can be horrid.
    Good luck !

my daughter reacts that exact way to ant bites/mozzie bites. Big round red hard lump with tiny yellow blisters on it. First time I thought spider bite and off to dr and she was put on AB's. The next time we just waited to see what happened, it went down after a number of days. Two weeks ago she came home with 4 of them on diff parts of her body. They have all gone down and gone now, but they're terribly itchy, red, hot and sore. But def worth getting it checked out.... Just in case.
With Jess, it's just how she reacts to them. My nephew is the same except he also gets hives all over as well as the local red lumpy thing.

ya know what sweet i probably would if it was JUST me But its 2.05 and josiah is being a rat bag and i have to collect kids from school soon then have to rush back for daycare to get DS3 and having to wait 2 hours for a dr just seems so ridiculousness on my own. hubbie wont be home till around 7-8 maybe or later i dunno. doesn't help the fact i cant car keys. But i did mange to find hubbies. Then to have to do the general homework washing, make diner shower kids get them off to bed.

its to much hard work but if it does spread i may have no choice. Silly irresponsible me, i know.... its so hard with a tribe of kids in tow. I got bitten yesterday figured if it was that bad something would have happened in last 24 hours right?

o.k ladies, after drawing around it yesterday as i said late to wards the evening it was getting more painful stiff and more blistering and harder and spread. I rang 13 health and was asked to go to the after hours place at hospital i did so and the dr said its pretty bad!

He put me on some allergy tablets as he said if it is an allergic reaction it is quite severe, he said i think its infected so we will just incase give you antibiotics for it. So i am on a total of 10 tablets daily till Wednesday then 4 day after that intill day seven.

don't know if its because i havnt been on it all night or what but feeling better it is on the right track.
Thats what happens when after 1 year and the first time i venture out to the back yard something happens trust em eh.

Oh hun hope you are okay good that it is getting better. I think mine cleared up after a couple of days on the antibiotics and I only went to the doctors after my knee started to stiffen (that was where I was bitten).

Good excuse to give gardening a miss for a while. Lots of to you.
