Rash on toddler belly/back

Hi,

My 2 year old has developed a rash on his stomach and back - faint pink spots that don't seem to be itchy, and there's no pus. Any idea what this could be? He doesn't seem to be sick otherwise.

to me it sounds like a viral rash but i would pop off to the doctors and have him checked out..

id take him to the doc's, or maybe even to the chemist.. ive taken dd to the chemist and had the pharmacist look at rashes before... usually the know what it is and what you can use on it.
