    Storing Bicarb??

Random question I know but, what do you keep your Bicarb in? Just the box? Or something else?

In the pantry, its just in the box, but I'm going to get a big (1kg I think) box for the laundry, so will probably that one into a plastic tub that I think I have that is meant for laundry powder (unless I've thrown it out, which is more than likely, in one of my cleaning frenzy's)!

I store mine in a tupperware container and decant into glass jars that I've punched holes in the lids of - the tall thin jars like "Rose" brand jam are great, that way I can just sprinkle as needed One in each bathroom, and one in the kitchen

I also make up a solution of bicarb & lemon juice & water that I keep in a squirt bottle.

    Air tight canister.

Now that I am trying to be a little greener in my cleaning I have decanted a small amount into a spice shaker that I use to clean with... it keeps the bulk fresher if I only have a smaller amount out at once.

Thanks ladies!! I knew there had to be a better way than carrying the box from room to room! And to keep it fresher.

Jackrose-Good idea about the spice shaker!

For the laundry and cleaning I store it in a ice cream tub, for baking I have an air tight shaker container with a lip side for spooning it out or pouring.
