To exfoliate - a gentle, dry brush. On the face but also all over the body. Helps with lymphatic system and keeps skin firm and supple. I've only just started this
to cleanse - cold pressed organic coconut oil. Only use a little and it lasts for ages. The good stuff is about $20 a litre, so still cheap compared to most things from cosmetic companies. It is the best make up remover ever.
to moisturise - cold pressed organic coconut oil. You don't even need a different bottle

Another benefit of coconut oil is that it is antibacterial and anti fungal, so can be used for so many things.

I don't tone. I've never understood why one should tone. Doesn't skin firmness come from nutrition? Happy to be educated. I'm wondering if the dry brushing will take care of this as well.

Eta - also drinking lots of water, getting a good nights sleep, eating well, getting a little sun but not too much and not smoking do wonders for the skin. The body's toxic load can be seen in the skin. If you have a high level of heavy metals or bad bacteria, it will affect your skin. A good probiotic helps as well.

Hmmm. I am such a hippy
