Do you have a galvanic facial machine for doing facials at home and if you do what brand is it? Are you happy with it and how much did it cost? My beauty therapist has been going on about the nu skin galvanic spa machine and products for ages now but I am not convinced as it's a multi level marketing company! Plus I'm transitioning all of my skin and beauty care over to organic and nu skin is not organic, in fact I can't even find what the ingredients are. I have one of their eye creams but that doesn't list them either.
Hey cherished I am beauty therapist I have access to all sorts and I use organic products on myself! I occasionally use slightly more Active products with aha and bhas as my skin needs it.
I would save the galvanic for the salon as many of the at home versions dont so much in my opinion( let me stress it's my opinion only.)
If you want to know what organic products I use pm me
Thanks Joeve, the machine she uses for her facials is the same as the one she sells for home use. I think I will need to do some more investigating. I don't really know how it all works either. The kit comes with a bunch of products but after they run out I believe the multi level company expects you to keep on buying the product hence making money... But I wonder if you could switch to organic products while using the machine at home.
This is $400 (she's on selling for the price she gets it for, no doubt so that her clients buy it and then keep buying the products from her kwim)..... No doubt a top quality salon one would be way more then that!
I spoke to her today and she pretty much talked me out of buying it anyway! She says it's fantastic but that my skin is really great and that I wouldn't see the same sort of results as older women would see or people with problem skin, which I thought was very honest of her. I've been seeing this lady for 10 years now and I really trust her opinion.... which was that organic skin care doesn't really work But I SO want to go organic! I don't know what to do..... Is this just something that lots of beauty therapist are trained to believe kwim? I tend to think that many people are either natural/organic type of people or they are main stream and I know that she is very mainstream so I don't know if I trust this opinion either. I just want to do the best thing for my skin and my health.
