Fleur we share one here too and ours has just broken, im not keen to spend $200 atm as we really cant afford it a few weeks before the wedding.
I was watching a review on tv recently by hairdresser JOh Bailey and recommended MiStyle Straightener which is around $40, im not sure what they are like or where you get it from but its worth a try.
