Help needed!! Fashion in north east melb!

I need a dress shop over the north east of Melbourne way that I can get a dress that will suffice for my wedding!!!
I would prefer a non traditional dress but happy to look at something a little more casual...
    Help!!!

There's a dress shop on Grimshaw St Greensborough. Not sure of the name but they have some pretty wedding dresses - I've seen traditional and not so traditional in the window. They had a nice above the knee number last week.

^^ Melbourne Bridal and Debutante. Haven't been in but looks nice!

In the plaza there's also some good shops - Daniela's and Unik on the lower level near Target or Spurling Formalwear up the top.

There's also Tulle bridal gallery a bit further down on Main St.

Is Greensborough the right sort of area?

No I'm more over the werribee/highpoint way...
It needs to be cheapish which is why I was trying to stay away from traditional wedding dress shops..
It also needs to able to be packed as we are getting married in far north Queensland...
    Argh!!!

When you say non traditional, what do you mean? I can highly recommend Lana Berg in South Melbourne. I live over your way
I went there a few weeks back and they were fantastic! Not too expensive and very helpful. It's not a bridal or formal wear shop.
They have a website, Google Lana Berg and see what you think. She also has a Facebook page, you could message her and see what she can do for you.

Also ring her, tell what you are after and she will have dresses ready for you to try on when you get in if you like.
The problem is we are winter here and Queensland is obviously warm. Still think she could sort something out for you though.
