... for a TV appearance next week. Does anyone have any tips - colours to wear or not to wear, hair, makeup, everything?

Don't wear stripes or purple or teal, be prepared to wear brighter colour makeup than you might otherwise, and practice what you are going to do with your hands.

K, no stripes, speak slowly. Wear hair that makes YOU comfortable - will they do your make up?

Aaaarghh! I always talk with my hands, a lot! And I have a bit of a motor mouth! Valium?

The show has a very well dressed host (there's your first clue Lulu!) so I will be combing through my wardrobe for something good enough!
