Yep it's great and I've used it for all of that! Whilst I did find it nice in my hair you really do need to be extra careful not to put too much in or it will just look oily, I now use a proper leave in conditioner but if that runs out and I need something else in the mean time I will still use coconut oil. It's wonderful on the skin and we use it to massage regularly, it sets as a solid in colder months but as soon as you scoop it out and put it on your warm skin it goes runny again, it's actauly easier to work with that way anyway. You can also cook with so it's all round great stuff! Make sure it's organic though and pure, it has a nice aroma to it but it shouldn't 'smell strongly' like coconut iykwim if it does they have put perfume in it.
