Post Revlon Colourstay Active - No stock in shops ???

    Hello all,

Oh, I so hope someone can HELP ME

... Just wondering if anyone has seen the Revlon Colourstay Active 'Light Makeup' (foundation) in any shops, especially any Priceline stores

    **** I USE THE 06 Medium Beige ****

I have been to all three Pricelines in my home town and BigW here, also Target BUT no stock of it on the shelves.

And everytime I ask a staff member they don't know whether they are getting it back in stock

... I know I should JUST ring up Revlon BUT just incase (as I have a feeling) they are no longer stocking it - HAS ANYONE TRIED A FOUNDATION THAT THEY THOUGHT TO BE SIMILAR ????

I use to use the other Revlon Colourstay foundation BUT i found it to be too heavy on my skin.

I have sensitive skin, and I need something that feels light on the skin but has great coverage, eg - covers up redness in cheeks AND that has great staying power

If anyone can help or recommend something ... OH, I WOULD BE EVER SO GRATEFUL ... AND A HUGE "THANK YOU " IN ADVANCE

    Thanks so much Gracie

... Would you believe it I only just finally found out yesterday that it has been discontinued !!

I think mineral range is coming out ... Not sure if it's truely a sort of replacement ??

Anyway, yesterday the saleslady in Priceline recommended a mineral one ... And suggested the Almay one (great for sensitive skin). Looked good enough so I purchased it only to find out a few days later after using it, it feels like it irritates my skin. So, that was a good $30 wasted

I thought about looking on eBay but the last two experiences I've had purchasing a mascara & a lipgloss weren't great. They were OFF !!

BUT a huge THANKS for mentioning the other website as I've never heard of it before

    hi smiles4u,
if the product has irritated your skin, take it back, do you still have the receipt? either take it back to priceline or call almay direct, they should definately give you a refund.

    Thanks so much STARRYSKY,

I thought of that BUT to be honest I live in a country town & the saleslady that recommended it has been there everyday this week. I've never seen her before so she is obviously new. I just didn't want to cause her any probs with her wrkplace & more so I have to shop in there a fair bit & don't want to make it awkward for myself

... AND yeh, the receipt has gone with the garbage man

Oh, well a lesson to be leart in the make up world, LOL

did you pay with credit card? even if you dont have receipt, she may remember you, its not her fault that you got a reaction, I work in a pharmacy and we get returns like this ALL the time.
like I said before maybe try to contact almay?
    good luck
