Which brand of skin care do you use?

I am using Aveda, i really love it, there products are more naturally derived. its expensive but i have a friend that can get it cheaper for me![]()
i never used to use that stuff, until my Napoleon makeup course. I just went out and bought some Loreal products.
I'm going to get Napoleon skin care products a little later on..
I only use water to clean my face occasionally use dove exfoliating thing and I use Dove poisturiser - only coz it was the cheapest one when I was out
I also wipe Bio Oil on my face occasionally if I have heaps left on my hands after doing my bump
me too...i think its Henriksen...i cant even say it, but can spell it.i'm using Ole Hendrickson (sp?) atm and loving it.
Ive also used Alpha h, Akin, Clinque, Bloom, Eleusian, Liz Earle and Peter Thomas Roth....
I love Ole Henricksen...but do find Alpha h (use of glycolics) a great range, with results seen overnight.....
I'm using Miessence at the moment. Initially I saw a huge improvement in my skin but that seems to have tapered off now and I'm finding my skin looks dry even though it doesn't feel it, and I'm suddenly noticing fine lines that I never noticed before.
I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt at the moment because we are now in the middle of a Melbourne winter and my skin always suffers during the winter down here. We're moving up to the Sunshine Coast at the end of July so I'm expecting an improvement in my skin then...and then I'll have to see if I need to change products because of the different climate. We've moved around a lot so I'm speaking from experience...it can be quite an expensive little exercise trying to figure out which shampoos and lotions work best in the new environment.
I've tried so many different brands and I still haven't really found my to-die-for brand yet. I did honestly think it was Miessence but if things don't improve once we move up north I'll be looking around again.
I've noticed this too Curly. I've been using Miessence for the past couple of years and the last few months I've noticed my skin is drier in places. It doesn't seem to be doing anything. I use the cleasner, eye serum, conditioner and moisturiser every day along with the garnet scrub twice a week and to be honest it's not doing anything for me. Which is a shame, because I really like Miessence and that it's organic and everything. Am considering shopping around once this batch runs out.
This is my exact regime. I did think that maybe I needed to change up to the most moisturising set so as I ran out of cleanser and conditioner I replaced them and it seemed to help with the feel of my skin but not the look of my skin. I'm almost out of Balancing moisturiser now so I need to make up my mind this week as to whether I change up to the Rejuvenating version or defect.
I must confess I was floating around the Lancome counter today at David Jones. I tried Lancome years ago and loved it and only stopped using it because I didn't have the $$ to keep it up. I'd heard great things about one of their moisturisers and tried it on the back of my hand. Since then I have changed nappies, cleaned up the kitchen and given the kids a bath and the back of my hand still feels nice and soft - and my right hand doesn't feel as soft.
Chanel and Artistry
Mostly Dermalogica, but I use QV cleanser in the morning and the MooGoo Oil Cleansing Method at night.
when we were ttc we got rid of all things chemical (well mostly). i'm using trilogy skin care and i love it. it's at myer and at some health food shops.
The Body Shop's Vitamin E range... I'm finding it quite nice too![]()
