Hi!

I found a recipe on the back of my tandoori paste bottle for a marinade that sounds yummy.
You mix the tandoori paste, natural yogurt, and lemon juice and marinade the meat and then cook it.
My question is...
Can I marinade my meat and then cook it in the slow cooker? Or will it not work because of the yogurt in the recipe?

I'm going to reply but not be much help here!

I had a disaster meal where I used yoghurt in the slow cooker. BUT:

1. it may not have been the yoghurt
2. I had awful morning sickness (usually in the evenings for me) and the smell of the dish made me chuck it all out - apparently that was an over reaction, so perhaps it wasn't that bad anyway - but looked pretty gross too I thought.

So, not very helpful... hope someone who has done it more than once without the effects of morning sickness pops in to help you more.
