chocolate lattice - how do you do it?

    Hi girls,
made some icecream to take out for dinner tomorrow night but want to make those chocolate lattice thingos (don't really even know if it is called chocolate lattice!) to go with it. I was just going to put some glad wrap on a tray and melt the chocolate and drizzle it thinly onto the glad wrap and then stick the tray in the freezer. Is that how you do it or is there some other way to do it?

I'd use glad bake You don't nee to put it the freezer. But yeah drizzle it is the easiest way... if you want it *perfect* (although it doesn't need to be) you can make a piping bag out of glad bake (or you can buy the plastic disposable ones from the supermarket) and pipe the chocolate out... but as I say it doesn't need to be perfect The wonderful thing about this sort of decoration is that it looks better when its rustic!

I love them too Cailin! I have a friend who refers to cooking shows, books and magazines as "female porn"

I'd be using glad bake too. If you're not feeling confident about the piping, you can always use ice magic which can be set in the fridge...

And if you're like me with a phobia for piping out of glad bake, just use a snap-lock bag and snip off the corner - lots less mess!
