Baked Cinnamon Doughnuts

I just made baked cinnamon doughnut recipe and it is Yummy- quite easy to make, not many ingredients and very tasty- feels almost like having the real thing, but not as norty.
I am baking up a storm this week, trying to get back into my domestic goddess role, and cut down te amount of expensive processed snack food that comes into this house, especially with DD starting kindy in Feb, I want to make sure she has lots of yummy home made goodies to eat.

yyuuummmm! ill have to give these a go! did you cut the circles out of the middle or do you think you could just roll out the dough like a sausage and shape into a ring?
